Refund policy

Man & Bear accessories are made to order and personalised just for you, which means they cannot be resold in the (unlikely) event you change your mind. For this reason, any products that are personalised or custom-made are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

If you change your mind about a product that’s not personalised, please contact us within 14 days and we’ll talk you through the best way to return it to us. Please note, return postage will be at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.
